You are welcome to find out more about vipassana (insight) meditation during this six-weeks course.
The meditation instructions and practice based on the Satipatthana Sutra and Anapanasati Sutra, with an emphasis on listening and reflecting from the heart. We are going to cultivate awareness of breathing, body, feelings and thoughts, and reflect on some basic Dharma principles.
This is a good opportunity to start your meditation practice or deepen it, if you have already some experiences.
Sharing and Q&A will be included in this class. All are welcome.
